In this episode I break down the 3 types of perfectionists that I have encountered, share stories of how, at one point or another I have been each of these, as well as some strategies to move beyond perfectionism and take the “messy first step.
I already know what you’re thinking: “There must be a typo in this title!” Nope. It’s correct. I WANT you to compare yourself to others.
In this episode I will show you how I almost self-sabotaged my way out of an amazing opportunity because of comparing myself to someone else from a DEFICIT standpoint vs from a place of ABUNDANCE.
Once I shifted to comparison from the standpoint of abundance, that helped me to change my mindset. (Remember, if you change your life you will change your mindset!)

Well, in this episode, I discuss the origins of procrastination, why procrastination is the PERFECT human defense mechanism, as well as how to overcome it. Blame it on your inner cavewoman, y’all. You CAN overcome procrastination with deliberate effort. In this episode I discuss the tools to put the cavewoman to sleep, once and for all.
What exactly is imposter syndrome? Is this the same as low self-esteem? How can I overcome it?
This episode will tackle all of this and more. As usual, you will hear real-life examples from my life that illustrate how imposter syndrome manifests.
